Lessons
We offer everything from fifteen minute private beginner
lessons to full hour advanced lessons with very competitive
prices.We start all riders in half hour private lessons until they
can walk trot and control the horse in a group situation. Then we
move them into a one hour lesson, group lessons have 3 to 6 people
in them. Group lessons consist of a half hour of walk, trot,
cantering, and jumping at their appropriate height. We also offer
advanced lessons for our riders who are involved in the show
circuit, placing emphasis on the techniques necessary to be
competitive on the show circuit.
Summer
Camp
A week long, nine to four, daily, summer camp
program in which kids learn the basics about horses; everything from
grooming to riding. Our summer camp starts at nine o'clock in the
morning, they arrive and begin to groom the horses. They then tack
them up, and get ready to ride in their morning lesson, a one hour
session, in which they learn the basics of horseback riding. They
then untack and bathe the horses and put them away. The riders then
have a one hour lunch, in our lounge. After lunch the riders then
have a one hour educational segment where they partake in an
interactive lecture. Next they groom and tack the horses up again in
preparation for their afternoon hour and half lesson. Followed by a
final bathing and cleaning of the horse before heading
home.
Boarding
Make your horses dream come true and board him/her with us,
with the best facilities in our area we know we can make you and
your horse happy. Our facilities are located back in the
woods to provide a quite peaceful surrounding. We have an
indoor ring, 10 private turnout paddocks on luscious grass
fields, box stalls, and some one always on the premises.
Showing
As a
first class barn and a well known name on the NJ show circuit
we have what it takes to make you a winner, we attend shows
on most weekends. We show at all levels, everything from
unrecognized shows to The Marshall and Sterling Finals, Zone Two
Finals, and Medal Maclay Finals. We attend such shows as Garden
State, Briarwood, Sussex County Horse Show, CJL, Hunter Farms,
Smokrise, Middlesex, ect. on a regular baisis.
